Dereham Cares – support for Toftwood & Dereham residentsMarch 29, 2020
Dereham Cares will provide help and support to people living in Dereham and Toftwood by matching them with a volunteer who can help with essentials such as collecting a prescription, talking on the phone to combat isolation, or delivering basic foodstuffs to the front door.
Already the scheme has more than 160 volunteers from within Dereham, Toftwood and nearby.
This scheme is local to Dereham and Toftwood and is not for people identified by the NHS who will get support through the Government aid package.

At the moment, we have sufficient volunteers. If we need to increase volunteer capacity, then we will issue a further call.
